One focus of Kellie’s classes, small group, and individual trainings is everyone’s athletic side. She believes everyone has the ability to feel athletic, regardless of your background and fitness level.
Kellie likes to create a challenging environment that enables people to achieve goals far beyond their expectations. She believes in a progressive well-rounded fitness program and especially appreciates the idea of people feeling strong.
With the individual trainings, Kellie structures workouts to each clients goals and objectives. With the classes, Kellie spends many hours working on new classes to keep them creative and different each week.
As a working mother of 2 kids, Kellie understands time, work, life balance and that sometimes we have to be creative in terms of getting in the workout. She does not believe you need to spend hours a day on your fitness but instead tries to make all her workouts efficient, productive, and effective. Just get it done and get on with your day. Kellie tries to be extremely flexible with people’s ever changing schedules.
