Classes

Core Plus+

This class consists of low-impact full body strengthening with a heavy emphasis on the core. These 30 minutes will include body weight movements, Dumbbell exercises (only one dumbbell needed at a time), balance work, and core/glute/hip work. Bands may also be used at times in this class.

45-Minute Full Body Training

Weights, core, and cardio all in one class. There will be more of an emphasis on heavier weights during this class, mixed with bouts of cardio. You will want a set or two of dumbbells for this class.

Training

Personal Training & Small Group

Training in a public gym can be overwhelming and intimidating. Kellie creates a supportive environment and meets every client at their own fitness level to help you achieve your goals. Sessions can be 30, 45, or 60-minutes.

Running Evaluations

This 60-minute session begins with a video evaluation of your run form, which is reviewed for imbalances. The session continues with addressing weaknesses that can be impacting form and help with injury prevention. You will leave with a personalized strength plan that you can incorporate into your training to help with form and efficiency in running.
