For years I suffered with nagging hip pain that really hindered my running. A friend introduced me to Kellie and I started doing her boot camp class. Within a few weeks my hip felt much stronger. I then added her CorePlus+ class to my workout routine and within a month, my hip pain had disappeared. These days if my hip starts bothering me, I know it’s because I’ve missed a few core classes!
